We own about 15 Kushies AIO diapers in a newborn/infant size. They worked great when the boys were smaller. But now with a 38 pound toddler, we were desperately seeking cloth diapers to fit him. I was honestly surprised when I discovered Kushies had AIO diapers in his size. They are called the Kushies Ultra-Lite AIO diapers.
I received the 5-pack Boy in Toddler size which fits 22-45 pounds. Once again, I believe that the sizing in a bit more generous than it claims. I think on most 22 pound toddlers that these would be a bit large but I also think these might fit for children up to about 50 pounds. You can see how much more room our 38 pound toddler has.
These are such a roomy fit for our son. With two kids in cloth full time, I really appreciate this AIO style. It saves me quite a bit of time for not having to stuff the diapers with inserts.
Our son loved the patterns. It is great having some fun designs in his larger sized diapers. The one in this photo is his favorite. He calls it his “circle dipe”, but the Kushies name for it is Blue Crazy Circles.

Here is the breakdown for the Kushies Ultra-Lite AIO Diapers:
On a scale of 1-10. 10 being perfect and 1 being very poor.
Fit: 7. I would love to see some snaps on these. Also, these are not the most trim diaper on him. But on the positive side, it fits around his legs so gently and does not leave any red marks on him!
Absorbancy: 10. No leaks! In fact, I was surprised just how absorbent these AIO’s were! He stayed dry for hours in his Kushies.
The ick Factor: 10. All poop stayed in. Hurray!!
Overall rating: 9. I wish they were a bit more trim, but having a diaper be so absorbent AND no stuffing needed? A total win-win in my book. I definitely would suggest getting the 5 pack for your son or daughter so you have a nice stash of these.
