My husband will sometimes eat quiche. I love it but he thinks it is a bit of “girly” food. LOL! But he’s a great guy who is just happy that I enjoy cooking. When I get a craving for quiche I love making simple spinach quiche.
What you need:
1 pie crust (store bought or homemade)
6 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 bag of fresh spinach (washed and dried)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Chopped onion (or green onion)
Place your pie crust in your pie pan. Top with the dried spinach. Mix together the eggs, milk and other ingredients and pour over the spinach. Bake at 375, uncovered, for 45 minutes (sometimes longer).
This is delicious and my toddler loves it! He gobbles it up!
