It is no secret that I have a favorite brand of cloth diapers.  Some people don’t think it is possible to have a favorite, but I do.  It just so happens that my favorite brand is also my husbands favorite brand!  Applecheeks.  What makes them my favorite?  First off, their owners.  I met Amy at the 2011 ABC Kids Expo and she is one of the nicest ladies.  Applecheeks has excellent customer service and an excellent product.  Secondly, I love the fit of their diapers for our 2 1/2 year old son.  Yes, our 2 1/2 year old has NO interest in potty training and the Applecheeks Size 2 diapers still fit his 32 pound frame quite nicely.  They are the only diaper my husband wants to put on him right now.  Thirdly, their diapers are SO easy to use and make cloth diapering affordable.  Applecheeks only has 2 sizes of diapers, 1 and 2.  Meaning you do not need to purchase so many sizes.  In fact, if you can get about 12 of each, you would have all you need to cloth diaper 1 child.  The inserts are wonderful and fit both sizes of diapers (A HUGE plus) and the inserts agitate out when you wash them so there is no pulling out yucky inserts.  I could go on and on.  I LOVE Applecheeks!  I was lucky enough to review a size 1 diaper for our new son.  Currently he is 9 pounds 12 ounces.

We love Applecheeks but he does not like getting diaper changes. LOL!

Here it is all snapped in place.

LOVE how snuggly the leg gussets fit.  The diaper is so soft that there are no marks left on his legs when we take it off but the gussets fit snugly against his skinny legs and work well at keeping breastmilk poop inside.

The only downside to the size 1…..now I am hooked and really want to buy a bunch of them!  I only have solid colors so I would start with some Wild Child Size 1 diapers.

Applecheeks a brand new item at their store too.

APStorageSac600x500

This storage sac is 9″x6″ and is shown in the Wild Child print that I was talking about.  Applecheeks is offering one reader their own storage sac!

I like the concept of no diaper safety pins–snaps so much safer!!

Looks like you wore him out changing him! I love how he’s crying in one pic, and out cold in the next :) We are out of cloth at 3.5 years old, but my son wore cloth until he was a little over 3 years old and weighed 40 lbs (he is so tall!) I finally had to go to Goodnights-the only time he wears anything at all now-because no matter how many inserts I used, he peed through at night! I hate using Sposies, but I also hate running a full load of bedding everyday!

I really want to win an applecheeks. It’s one of those diapers that I haven’t had the chance to use on my kiddos yet. Thanks for the giveaway!

I love my applecheeks, I have a 3 and a half month old strictly breast fed and have been cloth diapering since 2 weeks of age (when my daughter was about 6lbs). They were the first cloth diapers I ever bought and I keep buying other brands to compare and always come back to the applecheeks. I have never had a leak (other than with user error, not tight enough on the snaps) they contain breast milk poop, you can see a perfect line along the inside of the leg elastic where the poop stops. I would recommend them to anyone considering cloth diapering.

I’m trying to win some diapers for my two best friends who are both due this summer. They both want to start with cloth, and hopefully they’ll pass their loved diapers on to me when it’s our turn.
